The property offers six comfortable, spacious double-bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, there is the fabulous ‘Bunk Room’, a one-of-a-kind experience which features 6 queen sized bunk-beds. The Bunk Room is a fantastic and unique way to integrate groups of children or adults. It provides them with the ideal bonding experience, as well as creating a comfortable and modern environment that coincides with the rest of the house. The master bedroom includes a large dressing room and two private terraces overlooking the beautiful property. The villa also offers a grand entrance hall, guest cloakroom and a chic office, enabling our clients to work comfortably from their new summer home.
The beautiful manicured gardens give way to the heated infinity swimming pool, which is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds for those wanting to soak up the glorious Spanish sunshine. There is an amazing thatched pool-house, which is completed with a Teppenyaki cooking plate, pizza oven, built in WOK, a fridge/freezer, TV and music system – the ideal space for entertaining guests.
The convenient detached guest apartment has a double-bedroom with an en-suite, a fitted kitchen and an open-plan dining/living room area. The wonderful landscaped gardens and lawns ensure complete privacy to this lovely apartment.
