This stylish 5-bedroom, recently renovated family villa is everything that one would want from a family holiday rental. It is ideally located in the exclusive “D Zone” of Sotogrande and has been designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation for its guests.
The villa is situated just a short drive from all the the holiday essentials such as the Sotogrande Equine centre, the lovely Sotogrande beaches, the famous Sotogrande Marina and the various prestigious golf clubs that this impressive gated community has to offer.
Set amongst the large pine trees, this house is wonderfully secluded for the ultimate privacy and yet remains in a prime location. Its garden and terraces become shady retreats to escape the warm sunrays.
The property is spread out over two floors.
On the ground-floor there is a spacious, modern kitchen with all the amenities and appliances one would need during their stay. The kitchen is open-plan with a comfortable living area, which is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Beyond this room is the formal living/dining room area, which gives plenty of natural light from the large windows that over-look the gorgeous gardens.
This property offers two ground floor en-suite double-bedrooms and on the first floor you will find the Master bedroom en suite and an additional two twin-bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each room has its own character and charm – making this holiday villa an ideal home away from home.
The outside space includes a shaded terrace, perfect for alfresco dining, sunbeds for those who want to soak up the Spanish sunrays and a decent sized swimming pool.
